TERMS OF SERVICE Northern Blasting LLC Effective Date: 4/1/2026

1. Services Northern Blasting LLC ("Company") provides mobile dry ice blasting and corrosion protection services in and around Bozeman, Montana. Services are performed at the client's location or at our facility and are subject to a written or verbal quote accepted prior to work beginning.

2. Quotes & Pricing All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary if actual conditions differ materially from what was described (e.g., vehicle size, degree of contamination, access limitations). Clients will be notified of any material changes before work proceeds.

3. Payment Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit/debit card and electronic payment. Returned payments or chargebacks without prior dispute resolution may result in additional fees and suspension of future services.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a trip fee to cover mobilization costs.

5. Client Responsibilities The client is responsible for ensuring the vehicle or equipment to be serviced is accessible, free of personal belongings that may be damaged by the process, and that any known pre-existing damage is disclosed prior to service. Northern Blasting is not responsible for pre-existing rust, corrosion, structural damage, or deterioration revealed during the cleaning process.

6. Limitation of Liability Dry ice blasting is a non-abrasive process; however, surfaces in poor condition prior to service may react differently than expected. Northern Blasting LLC's liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

7. Satisfaction We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can assess and address the concern.

8. Privacy We collect basic contact and vehicle information to fulfill services and communicate with clients. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

9. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Current terms will always be available at northerniceblasting.com.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
